7 days to tell us

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The piece must be unused, unstained, and in the same condition we packed it.

Damaged or wrong piece

If it arrives broken, or we sent the wrong chair, we repair or replace it. That return is on us. Send photos on WhatsApp the same day you receive it.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you pay the return van back to Kahawa West. We refund the furniture price after we inspect it. Delivery fees already paid are not refunded.

How to return

1. WhatsApp 0745 740064 within 7 days.
2. Send the order name, photos, and your estate or town.
3. We confirm pickup or you bring it to the workshop.
4. Refunds go back to the same M-Pesa till payment, after inspection.
